By using ClinicOS AI, your organization agrees to the terms below. Write to us if you need a signed agreement for procurement purposes.
The service
ClinicOS AI is provided as a hosted, subscription-based clinic and hospital management platform. Features available to your organization depend on your plan.
Your account and data
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into ClinicOS AI, for managing who on your team has access, and for using the platform in line with applicable healthcare and data-protection law in your jurisdiction. Patient records entered into the system remain your organization's data.
AI-assisted features
Features described as AI-assisted (AI Scribe, front-desk assistant, WhatsApp message understanding) produce drafts or suggestions only. Your organization's staff are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is treated as final — a prescription, a clinical note, a booking, or an outbound message.
Free trial
Where offered, the free trial period runs for 15 days from signup. No payment is required to start a trial.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and will communicate planned maintenance where practical, but we do not currently guarantee a specific uptime commitment in a formal service-level agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
