Who is ClinicOS AI for?
Individual doctors, small and multi-doctor clinics, diagnostic centres, and hospitals in India.
Can multiple doctors use ClinicOS AI?
Yes. Each doctor gets their own queue, schedule and consultation records, with role-based access controlling what each person can see.
Does ClinicOS AI support WhatsApp?
Yes. Patients can message the clinic on WhatsApp for enquiries and appointment requests, and receive booking confirmations, reminders, payment requests and follow-up nudges.
Can patients request appointments through WhatsApp?
Yes. AI reads the request and drafts a booking, which by default goes to the front desk for a one-tap confirmation before it's booked.
Does ClinicOS AI support billing?
Yes. Itemized invoicing, multiple payment modes, partial payments and refunds are all supported, tied to the visit that generated them.
Can doctors manage prescriptions?
Yes. Prescriptions are itemized, numbered and sent to the patient on WhatsApp, and are always written by the doctor.
Does ClinicOS AI support IPD?
Yes. Ward, room and bed management, admissions, bed transfers, consultant reassignment and IPD billing are supported, feeding into the same invoicing engine as outpatient billing.
Can staff manage attendance?
Yes. Attendance, shift rosters, leave requests and payroll are part of the HR module.
How does AI Scribe work?
AI Scribe turns a consultation into a structured draft note. The doctor reviews and explicitly approves it before it becomes part of the patient's record.
Does AI replace the doctor?
No. AI drafts notes, summaries and suggestions; a human always reviews and approves before anything is finalized, prescribed, booked or sent.
How is patient data protected?
Every clinic's data is isolated from every other clinic's, access is role-based, sensitive actions are audit-logged, and all traffic runs over HTTPS. See the Security & Privacy page for what is, and isn't, certified.
Can clinic data be exported?
Reports and records can be exported from within the product; write to us if you need a full data export for your organization.
Does ClinicOS AI work on mobile?
Yes, it works in any modern mobile browser. There is no dedicated native app at this time.
